Detroit Diesel anyone? I even know how to relocate the problematic fuel module guy.

Also, 7.3, bunch of miles, can’t quite tell condition (may be a 50footer) buts pretty much done and I wouldn’t really need to invest anymore. I mean if I'm going big I might as well go bigboi

The 6.5 was mostly junk(while the non-turbo version, soldiers have been stranded due to complete engine failure) . There are repairs to make them okay, but a 500k mile 7.3 would be a better investment than a sub-100k mile 6.5.

6.5 is a raging pile of garbage. A 7.3 if basic maintenance done is a 500k motor. and by that i mean changing the oil a few times and fuel filter

Be tween you and Jordan I've axed the 6.5. Have 3 7.3s I'm currently looking at but these prices are getting stupid. Luckily it looks like the market is regulating itself and pulling them back to reality.

Yea there are some crazy ones out there but most the time unless its a crewcab manual 4x4 you can find a good one for a decent price.
Love my 7.3. Not the fastest but it pulls decent and has a good sound

Its perfect for that. Now if you have the money you can make power with them but its not cheap

And glow plugs, and injectors, but otherwise the 7.3L is solid.

eh glow plugs only if you live where its cold.
Injectors arent terrible but the HPOP tends to wear down which slowly kills the injectors in my experience
